I'm rebounding and off for 20 years, but something happened in 2002 that changed my life! The rebound was I, like the half dozen that I went through was a cheap, low-budget model. Of course I did not realize that until I finally inspired to buy a quality model.
To have done all my research on the market rebounds, I decided, no doubt, go with one rebound ReboundAir see how the company is led by AlCarter, none other than his father rebounding. There was his brainchild rebounding, and he obviously knows more about than anyone else, I chose his company to consider.
When I fold my neighborhood rebound and put it beside my old receipt for a test jump, I could not believe what a difference. Rebound felt my old jumping on a piece of thin plywood stretched between cement blocks. Hopper at district-fold ReboundAir was like a kid again jumping on a big soft bed.I immediately felt my joints and was able to decompress an incredibly deep breathing effortlessly take and it is sometimes difficult for me to do.

All muscles cross joints associated bone to bone. When shortening / strengthening a muscle that you drag the bones closer together, compressing the common and less space. It means loss of flexibility.
Remember, flexibility is not about the length of the muscles, thespace in the joints. Anyway, the joints will never be compressed symmetrically, it is impossible, so the result of a strengthening of the muscles always end with an asymmetric compressed joints and less flexibility. That said, I'm always looking at how much structural damage occurs when the cost of a strengthening at the expense of flexibility.
Until I discovered rebounding with weighted balls, I use and recommend Total Gym ® to my customers. It seemedat least offer a range of more circular movements during training and gave a little stretch, renew or compression. The box it arrived in was badly damaged and the elliptical almost fell out of the bottom when we picked up the box to bring it inside. I was surprised that pieces weren’t missing. I started to put it together and it took about 45 minutes. The directions were easy to follow, except for the nuts and bolts, I guessed which ones they were referring to because there is no guide that tells you which one is which. Getting the pedal bars on the base of the machine was the most difficult task. By the time I had it put together I was sweating.
After the assembly using it is very simple and it does what an elliptical should do. I find that the right handle seems to move a little so I will have to see if I can tighten it a little more. The display went dead in just a few days but after putting some new non-generic batteries it seems to be working okay.
It is easy to move around the house and doesn’t take up a lot of space. When you are on it it doesn’t move around like I read in reviews of other ellipticals. Overall, now that I have it all put together and the display works, I am happy with it.
Nothing But Problems – H. Burch – USA
After looking around and doing some comparison shopping, I decided to take a chance on this elliptical. My products from Amazon.com have always been good quality and I’ve never had any problems, until now. The first time I received this elliptical it was very badly damaged from shipping. When my husband opened the box, the styrofoam appeared to have just been tucked in here and there and did not encase or protect the product, hence the damage. We contacted Amazon.com, as there was no manufacturer contact information included in the instructions that we could find that would allow us to acquire any replacement parts, and asked them to exchange our damaged elliptical for a new one (on a high note, through this whole process, Amazon.com has given us wonderful customer service, unfortunately we cannot say the same for the product they are selling.) They came and picked up the damaged elliptical the next day and the day after that I had my new replacement elliptical. This elliptical was well-packaged and their was no damage to the product, but when it came to connecting the pedals onto the machine, we realized that the company had shipped us two right pedals instead of a right and left. This made it impossible for the screw on the left side to fit and thus impossible to connect the pedal to the frame, making this machine useless. After two strikes, not to mention poor assembly instructions, I am not taking another chance on this product and am returning it to Amazon.com for a full refund. I do not normally write reviews on what I buy, but I do read them often to help me make decisions, so I felt it important to share my experience with others who are trying to find a good, yet affordable elliptical. My advice would be to not take a chance on this elliptical and continue to explore other options, as I will be doing once I have my refund.

I decided to try some generic-branded elliptical hoping to save some money.
It’s not a bad buy, but you have to be careful with the instructions. The manual was written for a different version of the elliptical and some of the steps you have to revise due to parts being different in the model shipped vs. the model in the manual.
The biggest key thing to watch out for is that the bolts for the pedal arms are threaded for left-only, right-only. You can’t screw the left bolt in the right pedal arm and vice versa.
It’s a bit squeaky when built, but otherwise it hasn’t fallen apart on me so far.
It works decent and I will continue to use it until it falls apart but I don’t think I would buy it again.
